The Sonora Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating Joshua Charles Scott. He is a 21 year-old, white male with blond hair and blue eyes. Scott is 5'9" tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has a felony warrant for his arrest for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of marijuana.
